Ive been getting the same generic emails from them about their financial department having issues. I strongly urge everyone to file a complaint with Latvian consumer rights protection organisations. This company already paid fines before for the same reasons people here are complaining.”

Its written on the website that it will take that long, and i wonder, who would buy a pair of shoes to be worn next year.

“The same happened with me. Ordered shoes in December 2021 as a Christmas gift. They promised delivery in 10- 15 days. Shoes of course didn't arrive in 15 days. This story continues till now. Yesterday I again received the answer from Yolanta person that shoes are still being manufactured. Well, I understand I just lost 215 euros. “Shameful business operation - they never refunded me - first I waited for months to receive my pair of shoes, then they offered me another model because they couldn't send me the one thaat I oredered, then, when I returned them that model which I didn't like they never refunded me - I am still waiting, after 6 months since they received my returned goods. Never order from them.”
“Bummed I can't give this place zero stars. I ordered two pairs of shoes back in Sept and the first arrived about 1.5 months later. Unfortunately they were too small, so I tried to send them back (60$ of shipping out of my own pocket). I was assured the address was correct though 2 months later the parcel came all the way back to me. Meanwhile, the second pair of shoes never shipped so I asked to cancel that purchase and get a refund. The refund was promised in Dec and it's now the end of Jan and I have yet to see the money. I was just told that they had a glitch and they would like me to wait patiently. Incredibly frustrating, and no one is answering the US customer service line.

“I bought my INCH2 Brown hiking boots a while back, before the pandemic, to be precise. Even then I had to be somewhat patient, as it useally is the case with handmade items. After two month my boots arrived. I do not know where other people come from but I am from Denmark where it, due to the short distance, might be easier getting shoes shipped to. The boot were beautiful that I returned but the administration is slow. The number given on the website is constantly engaged. I found an email on Instagram and made contact I have been offered 50% discount on a second pair if I kept the first pair but I have returned them.
