My friend and I bought 2 pairs of boots in April.After 4 months of delay, no items have been sent and we requested for full refund 2 weeks ago, and they said it would take 14 days to process. I emailed again today but I was told that THEY CANNOT ADVISE when I can get my money back and if I want to take further actions I am welcome too. It is appalling and in violation of any EU Consumer Rights as products would need to be delivered within 30 days. They also made it clear that they would refund the money within 14 days on there website. Now they are just keeping over 400 euro from us. I have evidence of correspondence with their support team. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND YET SO I MIGHT NEVER GET My MONEY BACK. ITEMS WERE NEVER SHIPPED EITHER.

The worst experience I ever had..... I bought a pair of shoes from them on the 8th of April. The shoes are very expensive as I paid €195. On their website, there is clear information that the waiting time for an order is up to 14 days. I was patient as I knew the shoes were going from abroad so it may take longer especially during a pandemic. After 3 weeks of not receiving shoes, I contacted the company’s customer service. I received a message with apologies and information that they received an unexpectedly high amount of orders and their shoes are handcrafted, therefore I think will receive my shoes on the 26th of May. They also offer me a coupon with a 50% discount for the next purchase so I agreed to wait. On the 28th of May, I still didn’t receive any update regarding my order. I was deeply disappointed and flustered as I paid so much money for these shoes. I decided to cancel the order. I received the information from them that I will get the full refund within 10-14 days depending on my bank. Currently, 22 days for passed and I still received neither a refund nor a response from them. I am very worried.  I would like to add that all this time I was exchanging emails with a person called “Yolanta”.

Warning ⛔️ warning ⚠️ for everyone!!! THINK TWICE BEFORE CONSIDERING TO BUY ONLINE FROM INCH2. From personal experience: I placed my order on 23 December 2020. Waited for shoes for 5 months with excuses that manufactures are short in staff and therefore all orders are delayed and promisses that it will be delivered very soon. It looked quite odd, but I still waited. And when after last enquiry about the date of delivery i was told that it will not be delivered even by the end of May, I decided to cancel my order which i did on 8 of May 2021. According to the rules I should have been paid the refund in 14 days. No refund till now. In response to my enquiries I constantly receive only unprofessional excuses that systems are crashed and they can not make transfer. No shoes…. No money back…. Warning ⛔️ ⚠️ Think carefully before placing order online!!!

I have waited 7 months for my shoes to arrive, and I still haven't received them. I send emails pretty often and they are always contradicting themselves on how long it will take for them to arrive. I never get a clear time frame. The shoes I ordered were out of stock and were delayed 6 months for production, then they finally arrived at their warehouse over a month ago and was told they would be sent that week, which they weren't and then after contacting them a couple weeks later was told it would be 3-10 days, which it wasn't. I just sent another email and was told that was a "technical glitch" and that they will be sent out, but didn't give me any sort of time frame and instead said "Right now your order is being prepared for the shipment from the beginning." Whatever that means.

In the beginning, I was very happy that I found a cool shoe design and bought it on Black Friday. But I ended up with lost money and a headache. I paid 214 EUR on November 27 (over 5 months ago!) and since then I haven't seen the shoes I paid for or a refund. I already waited longer than promised 13 weeks and I wrote Inch2 that I don't want to wait any longer for my shoes and want to get a refund. On February 28 I was told that I would get my money back within 10-14 days. I still have not received my money, and I have been waiting two and a half months for it. I keep writing to this company every week, but I keep getting the same letter that they will contact their finance department. I'm really tired of the endless excuses about delays in shipping or refunds. Don't buy anything from them! Trust me, the same thing will happen to you and you will lose your money!!!

I bought my first shoes in inch2 3 years ago - I waited only 1 month (including shipping to the US). The shoes are brilliant, I wear them until today and still look like new. Also the company is not a scam, but something has clearly gone wrong now. Encouraged by an earlier purchase, I decided to buy another pair of shoes. I placed the order on December 7, 2020, and as others described below, I did not live to see the order. I canceled it a week ago, cautioning that I want a refund immediately. I got confirmation that they will refund the money within 14 days. Then I came across this site and took advice from Anonymous. I wrote to them, if they did not pay me back by the end of the week, I would notify the Consumer Rights Protection Center of Latvia about the whole matter. I got my money back the next day. There is clearly something wrong with this company, it's a pity, because their shoes were brilliant

This has been the worst experience i had with an online order ever. I ordered 4 month ago - still have not received it - i ended up canceling it. For 4 month, the customer service team has been lying to me - wait 3 more weeks, then 4 more weeks and then repeat. The excuse was peak season, then was covid, i have been patient but... come on, 4 months. Absolutely the worst service, do not waist your time and instead buy from one of the hundreds other companies - with similar products, that run an actual business and value their customers - not this joke of a business.

I just regret for not looking up these reviews earlier. Been waiting for my boots 4 months now...in this period I could have traveled to across the world, killed the cow and handmade the shoes myself! Customer service is running out of excuses, I wonder if I ever see the shoes or I just wasted money....

Great looking shoes, terrible customer service. Order placed in July 2020 for sandals, purchased 2 sizes to check fit, shoes finally arrived in October 2020 after multiple emails to check on the progress of my order. I immediately returned the unwanted pair and I'm still waiting for my refund (February 2021) despite multiple emails promising the refund will be processed in the coming days. Unacceptable. Today I have complained to the Customer Protection Team in Latvia.

Same as everyone else £184 paid in April, loads of excuses from Yolanta.... now Nov 28th, no shoes and still saying I will be refunded, after 4 months no closer to getting money back. Very sad reflection of buying online. I am warning everyone in social media. They have bombarded me with Black Friday deals....

Terrible customer experience since placing order in the online shop - not only that they do not proactively inform you about the delivery once you pay but send scripted responses after chasing bi-weekly - blaming the delayed delivery on production and promising to send shoes out in the next 2 weeks. After waiting for 4 months, cancelled an order - and guess what - no refund after chasing and chasing. Now they stopped replying to my emails. But still target me with their ads! I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will lose your money or it will eat up your time trying to get your money back.

They are delaying with order and it will be good if they let you know about that at beginning, but 3 months of waiting was completely worthy, shoes are exactly like on the pictures and they are beautiful. I am really surprised when I see all of this negative rewiews since my experience with Inch2 is great.

After 3 months delay with the order, they have sent the shoes damaged (one very very used and cracked ) and the quality is not god, they look awful. Bad Customer service and no reply after receiving the order, sending e-mails.

You don’t even deserve 1 star. 15 of February I ordered a par of shoes, for some reason you tell me that they will take a month, sure I’ll wait. Did not receive any shoes and I wanted my money back, and still 3 month later NO MONEY back, I would NOT recommend ANYONE to buy shoes from you thieves. STILL waiting for my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!! Website looks reliable, but..... Delivery of my order was 2 months late. I received the ordered after several emails answered with ever new delivery dates. Decided to return, because I was fed up with this brand... They confirmed possibility of return (have this in an email), so I sent the order back. They received the return on Feb 5th. Since then I emailed couple of times. They answered to the first msg and confirmed refund within 14 days. It's months already and no answer to my emails sent last week to check the status... I plan to take legal steps to get the money back. And will report them everywhere.

After waiting for a pair of (turned out extremely uncomfortable) boots for 2 long months, I decided to return them as they were impossibly tight and uncomfortable on feet. Little did I know I will have to wait another 3 months (!) for a refund. No kidding, I had to contact their customer services 4 times and chase them for a refund! On what planet is that a "premium class" experience?? They kept saying it will come through, and bla bla bla,for the whole 3 months. And maybe I would still be waiting around, but once I mentioned I'm taking this case to Financial Ombudsman Services, the refund came through the next morning. What a disgrace. Their positive reviews on Trustpilot were bought! Beware!
