“I regret ever buying anything from Incredible Connections. They dont care about the after service. I have been calling the Tech Support to check on the status of my repair. The phone is not answered. I have been leaving messages and no one has called me back. I have phone a number of times. Just spoke to the guy and explained to him my situation and it felt like I am speaking to a wall. No sympathy what so ever. Very cold. The service is bad, the communication is bad. I am really disappointed. I pray that nothing happens to my laptop so that I dont have to ever deal with such people”

“Incredible connection Mall of africa, sales person guided me to buy a laptop too high spec for my needs. I went back and changed it for a unit more suitable on that visit, the service again was so bad. They DID NOT inform me i needed a warranty certificate. I learned that at another store then had to go back a 3rd time and ask. Staff are literally dancing to the loud music. They are clueless on their products. Tried to sell me a stylus. I get home and my LT came with a stylus. Really, shocking experience at club incredible connection. Thats if the y get off staring at their cell phones and dancing long enough to assist.

“What didn't go wrong would be a better question. I bought an HP laptop on the 27th of May. It still has not been delivered. The support simply closes the chat because they can't provide feedback on your complaint. The tracking on the website does not work. The delivery that was passed on to Aramex has been delayed multiple times. The support who emailed me on the 30th to advise I would receive feedback, has not provided any update or feedback. I will never buy ANYTHING from Incredible Corruption ever again. The deliver says 2 to 5 days, when in fact it will be twice as long. Do not buy anything from this retailer.”

“Am not happy with the guy called Dikana on the 26 of February I did take my tv to be repaired at incredible connection at village mall harties my tv didn't have a bad damage it was only a band top right ....the guy didn't do follow ups with me I was the one who searched for incredible connection telephone number so that I can know how far with my tv cause it's been long ..then I did make a call then the lady told me that my tv was returned on 08 March but Dikana didn't inform me about anything so I went to fetch my tv .. when I get home wanted to switch on my tv the cable was not there so I made a call to tell them that I didn't receive my tv cable so they said they will check so they checked my cable was not there so they gave me the other cable which was not for my tv so when I received the cable I plug the cable and switch on the tv my tv was damaged the whole screen had I creek so as a customer am so sad angry”
