“I had been putting off getting help because I wasn’t sure who I could trust. After dealing with the situation for a while, I finally decided to take a chance and reached out to ERF. From the beginning, they were very professional and easy to talk to. They didn’t make things sound complicated or overwhelming—they simply listened, understood my concerns, and explained what could be done in a clear and honest way. “Angry and disappointed Phoned 3 times, emailed twice, just this minute spoken to someone again asking for my number so she can get someone to ring me back which I have done before since Thursday last week, regarding getting delivered the wrong keyring this is not good for a customer service so you asked for a review and this is it.”
