“I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with ERF is one I felt was worth sharing. I had been dealing with a situation quietly for a while, hoping it would resolve on its own, but it didn’t. When I finally decided to seek help, I came across ERF and reached out with a lot of hesitation. To my surprise, they handled everything with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. They were direct, respectful, and didn’t overpromise—just clear and honest from the start. What really stood out was how they managed the entire process without making it feel overwhelming. Everything was handled step by step, and I always knew what was going on. In the end, I was satisfied with how things turned out. It was a smooth experience overall, and I’d recommend ERF to anyone who values professionalism and clear communication.”

“Angry and disappointed Phoned 3 times, emailed twice, just this minute spoken to someone again asking for my number so she can get someone to ring me back which I have done before since Thursday last week, regarding getting delivered the wrong keyring this is not good for a customer service so you asked for a review and this is it.”
