“The portrait I ordered was even better than I had anticipated. It was so life-like, and better than the photo they used to create it in my opinion. The only thing I would change is their communication. The order confirmation had a dead email address as a point of contact, although I was able to contact them using the details on their website. I did point this out.”

“The personalised crystal block is excellent as was the delivery time. I did try to contact the company via email twice, however, the email was undeliverable. I'm still not sure how I'd deal with the company if there was an issue.”

“Did not receive original order so something went wrong along the way but a swift replacement was sent within one day so top marks for that and the crystal of my cat was beautiful especially with the led base.Communication could have been better hence 4 out of 5 review.”

“Order process was easy and the item purchased arrived in good time. I would say the item was good quality, however I do think that the image could perhaps be a little clearer. That is my only criticism. A nice gift I think.”

“The product itself was beautiful and the service was very quick so would give full marks for both of these. The only thing, however, that I was disappointed in was that it had stated on the website when ordering that the key ring came in a velvet lined presentation box. As this was a special gift for a birthday I had ordered because of this reason as presentation is really important. I was disappointed when it arrived in a small velvet sack making it look understated. I had expected a presentation box as described when ordering.”

“Lovely item only issue is the uplight was damaged when it arrived (front decoration fell off ) also I'd have liked the option of a white light as the one that arrived is colour changing delivery time was good and kept informed where it was .”

“This was bought as a wedding gift for my husband’s youngest son and wife. They love it. Customer service is good as I was not sure what the picture would look like and they emailed me an image to see. I got an email when it was dispatched which was good as we were able to let him know it was on the way. Good service and would recommend.”
