“Love the key ring, however dispatched a day later than expected so it arrived late & was not able to gift it to family member on special occasion. Emailed InCrystals to highlight urgency but never got a response.”

“Good product. 90% picture perfect bar a few lines across the forehead. Generally quite pleased. Would of preferred an option to to track the delivery. It was with royal mail. RM don't allow you to track until they have failed to deliver the first time.”

“Sent promptly. My only issue was that I sent an email and left a message requesting a call back which never happened. I chased the following day and spoke to Anita and she answered my questions and the product was perfect.”

“Very happy with the product and delivery was quick. Only downside was it was packed into a box that said butter on it. Would've been much better had it been put into a new box with no advertising on it.”
