I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with ERF is one I felt was worth sharing. I had been dealing with a situation quietly for a while, hoping it would resolve on its own, but it didn’t. Angry and disappointed Phoned 3 times, emailed twice, just this minute spoken to someone again asking for my number so she can get someone to ring me back which I have done before since Thursday last week, regarding getting delivered the wrong keyring this is not good for a customer service so you asked for a review and this is it.

This company turned out to be a total scam, and I deeply regret depositing over two million dollars without researching first. After making the deposit, I couldn’t withdraw any funds, and they demanded even more money to "unfreeze" my account. It was clear that I had been defrauded. Thankfully, a coworker who had gone through something similar suggested I contact Mrs. Doris Ashley. She thoroughly investigated my case and was able to recover $650,000 for me. Very disappointed. Writing isn’t complete as not central so the persons name is missing a letter. Writing is blurry. Image is very poor - you can hardly work it out. Have tried to contact InCrystals and have had no response. Have had to purchase another present as I would be too embarrassed to give someone this!

ordered a 3D crystal 100x90x60 what actually arrived was 100x50x80 phoned the company up and kept getting the same old story someone will ring you back, rang 5 times & emailed them 4 times no answer asking what was there return policy, tried tracking company down on google earth so i could take it back my self but their premises cant be found. i would stay clear from this company.

Have phoned now about 6 times to enquire about the 3D photo crystal black stand and black background that is sold out it does say when you click on Inventory on its way. All I wanted to know did this mean you were getting more in. It is the best stand for crystal 3D photos as it really shows them off. I have one bought about 18 months ago and want more,however no-one replies with an answer thats if the person answering the phone passes on the message. My calls are just ignored.Obviously they don't need my business will look elsewhere.

I’ve emailed several times, my item was delivered to Sussex not my address, I’ve had no reply and very unhappy as the reason I ordered was to commemorate the loss of my pet and you have ruined this for me.
