“I'll never use in crystal again or recommend you you lied about the date you sent the item out and lied about giving me a refund back , never got the crystal”

“Didn’t receive all my order, ordered LED stand with the Crystal. Still haven’t received it and wrote 2 emails trying to get in contact but heard nothing back.”

“I ordered a necklace, then a week later had an email saying its out of stock, and a recommendation for an alternative. I replied to the email asking if my money was being returned or whether I could jyst have the alternative, and I've yet to have a reply 6 days later.”

“Spent £89 for a wedding photo in crystal to celebrate Ruby Anniversary for a relative but won't be giving it to them. Photo is very faint, not clear like the website,and it falls over as the stand doesn't fit. Very disappointed and waste of money as I now have to buy something else.”

“Order never arrived and no tracking number sent to me. I emailed them and also called them after 7days and that’s when they told me “your order got lost with Royal Mail...Royal Mail are having lots of problems recently. I asked them to send me an email with Tracking number confirming that they really posted my order via Royal Mail, the lady said that she will but I never got it. She said that she will send a replacement but instead I received an email stating that they have technical issues and that I will get a full refund. This was a birthday present for goodness sake.”

“Ordered an item weeks ago still nothing come, took 2 payments for 1 item and left me not being able to pay my direct debit now because of it, got bank charges and goes down as late payment, and also tried ringing several times no awnser and no awnser to my email, totally incalled for and disgusting, never will recommend anyone to shop with yous”
