“Very disappointed in my purchase. Sent a colour photo to be printed in the crystal but came with a black and white version which is difficult to decipher. Lesson learnt.”

“I have got the crystal but not the LED base that I had paid for I am unhappy I phoned last Friday about it they said they would call back and I have heard nothing so I don’t even know if I’m getten the LED base it was a present for my girlfriend for Xmas and I am not happy i only received half of it”

“2/5 stars. Very quickly despatched my order and they have edited the photo well to only include the people in the laser etch and no background and edited my personalisation so it was on 2 lines to make it look good. However, I don't think the etch/laser is as clear as it could be and the stand that was sent with is too large for the width of the glass so it isn't secure and very easily to knock over and will have to use some sticky dots/blutac/similar to secure it and reduce the gap size. The presentation box was also slightly damaged (the corners had broken apart from each other, something that I was easily able to glue together but shouldn't have had to). Overall, I think this is poor quality unfortunately for the price of it and for something that is going to be given as a gift or a memorable item.”

“Sorry to say disappointed with my order (heart shaped key ring) So small engraved picture nothing like the examples shown on website. If only you could have seen you example before clicking ok, possibility could have changed photo to address image. Such a shame as photo were of one of my recent lost pet. Plus had no pink light as stated. Sadly won’t be buying again.”

“I have just received my order and I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the product. I have had previous photo keyrings made from yourself which were amazing quality hence why I have chosen to reorder from your company. The picture is hardly visable at all and I am hesitant to make any further orders due to this.”

“I received the crystal in time for my grandmothers birthday and the crystal itself is amazing however the box it came in, the lid was completely ripped off and a sleeve put over the top of it so it clearly was damaged before it was even posted. I got in touch and was told I would receive a partial refund however I have heard nothing since and been completely ignored. I'm not impressed as I had to give it as a gift with the box broken which did not look very nice at all.”

“Started off great, got replies to my emails but when my order was delivered i couldnt see the image..x3 emails and no response. I did read the FAQ'S and it said if the image is too dark it wont work. I sent an image hoping it could be used, i didnt recieve a message saying otherwise so i thought my image was acceptable. I ordered a crystal cube which looks like theres no image in it. You have to put it on a dark surface look close and move it to see a faint image. Maybe the company should tell the customer that an image cannot be used and could they send another image that can be used. The item is unreturnable.”
