“A beautiful item, the engraving isn't that clear”

“Unable to contact. Email Address returned "undelivered" 24 hours after sending. No response after 2 phone calls and speaking to call takers on 2 separate days. Item arrived loosely packaged and rattling around in postage box with damage to the gift box inside. Looks previously used. There looks like finger marks, prints on crystal.”

“Was told last Wednesday 4th May that my heart crystal would reach me with in two days. It is now 7th May and II am still waiting. Now the couple that the engagement present was for will have to wait.”

“Ordered the £99 rectangular crystal with photo of my wife's parents. Very faint picture. Its a Christmas gift so won't know her opinion yet. Overall disappointed. Though the picture would be more defined. No instructions in the box or any care advice. Maybe that's something they could consider improving”

“The product is great but the customer service is poor. I ordered the crystal as a wedding gift through their website. We contacted them and asked if we could collect it rather than have it posted as we needed it in 4 days. On the Thursday we phoned and asked if it was ready to collected and the confirmed they were making it that afternoon and we could collect it at 11am the next day. When we arrived at 11am we were told they had not started it and could be come back in 30 minutes. We went for a coffee and they then rang and asked for the photo again as the person doing it was on holiday. Luckily we were able to do that using our phone. we finally got the crystal at 1pm. Very pleased wit the finished product but very poor communications and customer service.”

“The communication is fantastic. The product is a fabulous heavy lovely item. I was slightly concerned with the angle of my picture,then realised that is how the heart ❤ stands!! I was disappointed how small the writing was.”
