“The package arrived damaged, with insufficient protection in a poorly fitted cardboard box, and no bubble wrap. E-mailed the company asking for help/replacement but no response so far...”

“After failure to deliver by due date sent email-no reply. Rang 3 times took details no call back. Zero customer service! Thought it's a scam? Royal Mail sent delivery details-nothing from company. Arrived 8 days after due date. It was very good! Pity customer service did not match up to it.”

“Beware, avoid,liar. The product does not match the description, it was supposed to be personalization, but it is not. The photo is not visible, blurry. I honestly do not recommend it. Waste of money.”

“I have been trying to contact Incrystal by ringing and ringing i finally got through on a premium rate number, i have been promised a call back to which i hold no hope, i bought a multi colour light with remote which was missing from my purchase so have been looking to contact you as you have probably guessed to no avail , sort it out. Neil Dowling.”

“Shoddy item and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend. You can barely see the image on the crystal that was sent to me. Not at all like the pictures on their website. They advised they would send me another better quality crystal which never happened. Then when chasing, didn't respond to my communications.”

“InCrystals have sent me an email to review them so I gave 1 star. I emailed them as it states on the website to upgrade delivery to next day after processing for £8, I received no reply. I was supposed to receive a tracking number for normal delivery which I didn't and I'm still waiting for my crystal to be delivered 5 days late now. So I can only give a bad review.”

“Not great quality only colour red was expecting a colour change to several colours one bulb not working ,to much effort to send back due to disability,so will keep and look for another else where.will not buy again fron incrystals sorry.”

“Product has just arrived and I am very disappointed as the pendant is damaged. I have tried to email Incrystals three times to arrange return and replacement however on every occasion the email bounces back as undeliverable? Not impressed.”

“The crystal itself was lovely and nice quality, however I was very disappointed with the service as our order arrived later than it should have. We had ordered it as a gift for my friends wedding and unfortunately it did not arrive in time, despite me emailing the company and them telling me it had been dispatched 3 days prior. The light stand was also very poor and cheap quality and did not rotate as it said it would!”
