“Very pleased with the crystal. Very annoyed and disappointed that the LED base, which was paid for at the point of ordering, did not arrive. Even more disappointing is the total lack of response from the company once this was brought to their attention. From reading other reviews it would appear to be a common issue which leads me to believe that InCrystals are ripping customers off with this underhand tactic. For that reason I will never use them again and will warn others about buying from them.”

“The same issue as in other reviews. Paid for the LED base at the point of ordering but did not receive it. I replied to the order confirmation email as stated for any issues. No reply. I phoned the next two days with the promise of somebody calling back. Still waiting. Obviously a tried and trusted way of ripping people off, which is a shame as the crystal itself is very nice.”

“Ordered on the second o January. Rang up on the 3rd of January explaining I have ordered the wrong size light base with my crystal a lady told me someone would contact me but no-one has. Emailed twice since then and had no reply. Paid £99 had no reply still not received a dispatch notice I'm now beginning to worry if I'll receive my order at all.”

“Really disappointed with this purchase, I have several ones from other places and they look amazing, the photo engraved has the lining of the photo and they have not even placed it properly in the heart, all others look like it isn't even from a photograph, way too much space has been left and looks tacky, defo won't be ordering from here again, ended up wasting £50, ended up going back to a place I have went before gave the same photo and got it delivered today, looks 10x better and doesn't have the sides of the photo in the heart. It did cost more than this one I bought but considering I just wasted £50 and wouldn't even think about giving this as a gift to anyone, I guess it is true, you get what you pay for, I just wish I actually knew before hand before I ordered and saved me money.”

“My order came and it was wrong so I contacted them via 2 email addresses more than 3 times and went on Facebook page,tagged them and asked for help and still no reply. Very disappointed”
