“The crystal itself was lovely and nice quality, however I was very disappointed with the service as our order arrived later than it should have. We had ordered it as a gift for my friends wedding and unfortunately it did not arrive in time, despite me emailing the company and them telling me it had been dispatched 3 days prior. The light stand was also very poor and cheap quality and did not rotate as it said it would!”

“The product is great but the customer service is poor. I ordered the crystal as a wedding gift through their website. We contacted them and asked if we could collect it rather than have it posted as we needed it in 4 days. On the Thursday we phoned and asked if it was ready to collected and the confirmed they were making it that afternoon and we could collect it at 11am the next day. When we arrived at 11am we were told they had not started it and could be come back in 30 minutes. We went for a coffee and they then rang and asked for the photo again as the person doing it was on holiday. Luckily we were able to do that using our phone. we finally got the crystal at 1pm. Very pleased wit the finished product but very poor communications and customer service.”

“Love the key ring, however dispatched a day later than expected so it arrived late & was not able to gift it to family member on special occasion. Emailed InCrystals to highlight urgency but never got a response.”

“The communication is fantastic. The product is a fabulous heavy lovely item. I was slightly concerned with the angle of my picture, then realised that is how the heart ❤ stands!! I was disappointed how small the writing was.”

“I sent this crystal to my son & daughter in law, with a picture of my grandson 20 mins after his birth. They are thrilled to have isolated such a special moment so beautifully. Well done Team: they received the gift before she had even got back home!”
