“It's not very often that I'm impressed by customer service these days but these guys have surprised me. My first order got lost in the post. The team at Incrystals sent me a replacement for no charge which arrived today and is fantastic. I can definitely recommend and will be purchasing more of their wonderful products in the future.”

“Ordered an item weeks ago still nothing come, took 2 payments for 1 item and left me not being able to pay my direct debit now because of it, got bank charges and goes down as late payment, and also tried ringing several times no awnser and no awnser to my email, totally incalled for and disgusting, never will recommend anyone to shop with yous”

“Very happy with the product and delivery was quick. Only downside was it was packed into a box that said butter on it. Would've been much better had it been put into a new box with no advertising on it.”
