“I love the shape of the crystal and the picture but I requested the following to be put underneath the picture: Love as always Linda & Nigel. Then you added 'Linda C' after it? Why was this done??????”

“Order process was easy and the item purchased arrived in good time. I would say the item was good quality, however I do think that the image could perhaps be a little clearer. That is my only criticism. A nice gift I think.”

“Very disappointed. Writing isn’t complete as not central so the persons name is missing a letter. Writing is blurry. Image is very poor - you can hardly work it out. Have tried to contact InCrystals and have had no response. Have had to purchase another present as I would be too embarrassed to give someone this!”
