“Order process was easy and the item purchased arrived in good time. I would say the item was good quality, however I do think that the image could perhaps be a little clearer. That is my only criticism. A nice gift I think.”

“Very disappointed. Writing isn’t complete as not central so the persons name is missing a letter. Writing is blurry. Image is very poor - you can hardly work it out. Have tried to contact InCrystals and have had no response. Have had to purchase another present as I would be too embarrassed to give someone this!”

“My dad passed away 2wks ago ,so I wanted to get my mum a personal gift of her husband, my dad .so I had a 3d foto made into a glass heart ❤️ for her. When I recieved it 2days ago n opened the box it looked amazing! Thankyou”
