“We live in a 1917 historic home with original windows on a VERY busy street with gravel trucks passing from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm every day. One can’t even stand on our front porch and hear another person talking at times. And, unfortunately, our bedroom is on the front of the house. The Indow windows are truly a miracle! We can now sleep without a sound machine to drown out the trucks. I HIGHLY recommend Indow for acoustic situations!”

“I was worried about the whole process, as I live in Canada, we have different weather and there is no local representative. The idea of getting a measuring kit in the mail, having to figure everything out, getting the results filed online, getting the kit back to the company etc etc seemed overwhelming to a senior who was never any good at home repairs. Anyway, it all went very well, the windows are in and are doing their job of blocking sound. The company customer service and the service rep were excellent, and I recommend the company and its product.”

“I love my Indow! A new neighbor with large dogs moved in next door and the dogs were outside barking and howling at night. I got an Indow in my bedroom and I can now sleep at night. This is a great product. Fast and friendly. I am so happy.”

“We tried a few years ago making inserts for very tall windows in our 1858 house using plexiglass and aluminum channel and rubber weather stripping. They work - but are not nearly so well thought out as the Indows and easy to install.”

“We live in an "old" house in the Southwest. Our concern was keeping the heat out, and the cool in! We ordered 10 indow window inserts. Measuring them was as expected, but it worked out correctly. A few weeks later the inserts arrived carefully packed and crated. Placing the inserts in the window frames was easy. The worst part was rehanging the blinds etc. Our house is quieter, and cooler. We highly recommend this product.”

“Absolutely, well worth purchase! We purchased acoustic grade Indow inserts to block some of the construction noise and workers music. It has drastically improved our quality of life. At times we are quite suprised of the difference in noise environment between the outside of our home and living area Indow inserts are located in. We are currently awaiting delivery of our second order of Indow inserts for 2 additional rooms. Although, they are pricey they are worth the purchase.”

“Our acoustic grade Indow windows have significantly reduced ongoing construction sound. We initially purchased 4 Indow window inserts to see if the product would meet our needs. Within less the a week we proceeded with a second order of 4 more Indow windows for two other rooms in our home. Although, they are pricey they are well worth the investment. Our quality of life has improved and the inserts look great! Our assigned specialist and Indow window customer service reps were not only patient but, professionals. Definitely a product we will continue to purchase for our future build.”

“Excellent service and follow up. We bought 2 to see how they would work in bedrooms prior to ordering 3 for our front room. The second morning after install my wife said she slept deeply for the first time in a couple years, (and I also). She equated her sleep to being over tired from a busy work routine. I mentioned that it was a result of the INSERTS, that she was not subconsciously experiencing the traffic at night and that her brain could Shut down and rest, she agreed! The next night I told her to focus on the QUIET in the room before she fell asleep, she did and agreed on the performance of your product. Excellent solution to our problem will order 3 more.”

“Though the walls in our new construction have been thoroughly soundproofed, we found there was still an uncomfortable sound leak in the windows on the side of the house facing the nearby Interstate and industrial plants. Already disturbing sound issues had recently become even worse with an increase in traffic congestion due to new road and bridge reconstruction and the redirection of a railway, causing a significant disturbance in our ability to sleep. Some research for solutions led us to settle on 3 companies to inquire with about available solutions. Indow was the first to respond to my initial inquiry, and they responded with the most helpful detail. The sales rep was very informative and was a pleasure to talk with and there was no high pressure sales tactics employed (a BIG plus). Prices from all 3 companies were pretty similar, but we chose Indow over the others mainly because of the positive experience with the sales rep, and from our understanding of the product. In less than 2 weeks from our first conversation with our rep, we had our new window inserts. They were super simple to install, the fit was PERFECT, and their effectiveness in reducing the noise has been OUTSTANDING! On days/nights when environmental conditions cause an unbearable increase in sound pollution, we do still hear sound of sorts, but all the obnoxious sounds are sort of blended together and sound heavily muffled and very far away, so that what little sound makes it through is no longer disturbing at all. I have an uncomfortable sensitivity to sound when trying to sleep at night, and since we’ve had these inserts, I’ve slept like a baby with some of the best sleep I’ve had since we’ve moved into our new house. An added bonus to the positive purchasing experience and product effectiveness is that you can’t even tell that they are there!!! I would heartily recommend this company and their products to anyone in need of any sort of window modifications. I’m confident that all their products are honestly represented, their attention to detail is impeccable, and their customer service is outstanding!”

“Great product. Measuring was fairly easy and straightforward and all the windows fit very well when they arrived. The installation was a cinch and you really hardly notice them. Best of all, our house is way less drafty with the inserts in!”

“They look fantastic--they look like they are part of the window itself. With the laser measurement they fit amazingly well, were easy to install but fit snugly. Rooms are way less drafty. We didn't get the "acoustic" model but sound is dampened significantly! Our neighbor's baying hound is not noticeable anymore and I LOVE THAT.”
