“1) Whenever I call with questions your staff is unwelcoming. Very dry communication, they sound very unhappy. 2) your website needs work. When searched for items. It will show pages number at the bottom but once page number 2 is clicked on, it takes you back to page 1. Website also has a feel of homemade website.”
