“Ordered 3 iPhone batteries to Canada and paid a $25 flat shipping fee, was a bit surprised to receive a customs fee on top of it a few days later. Other than that happy with the purchase.”

“I’ve been a customer of Injured Gadgets for a while now. Overall, I appreciate their selection of repair parts and the convenience of their service. However, I’ve had mixed experiences — in the past, I ran into some issues with their buyback program, and I wish the process had been smoother. I’ve also noticed that shipping costs can sometimes feel a little steep, especially when I’m trying to stay on budget for repair jobs. One area where I’d really love to see improvement is with part availability — it would be a huge help if certain key parts stayed more consistently in stock when I need them for quick turnarounds. That said, I’ll continue to use Injured Gadgets and hope they keep improving on these areas. When everything lines up, their service is solid.”

“The batteries that I have bought have been good so far. On the other hand, I have bought two different screen replacements and they were both defective. It takes more than two weeks to complete the RMA process. 1 week to ship the defective product and 1 week to receive the replacement.”
