“I've purchased enough LCDs to know that once in a while you just get a defective screen. My usual vendor didn't have any LCDs for SM-T878U in stock. Got recommended Injured Gadgets from trusted people, but my first order was a defective LCD screen. Only half was functional, and I didn't get around to the repair for quite a while so ended up just eating the cost. Still might try in the future if I need something.”

“The product I bought most frequently was the Insured Gadgets liquid glass screen protectors. They stopped offering the reimbursement credit as it's advertised and I was not notified which made me appear as dishonest to my customers. Also Mansoor could be more helpful and often comes across as rude.”

“Very inexpensive. I had my LG V60 repaired. The charging port was broken. In the past I would have just bought another phone. I think the parts and repair cost was only like $50. They did have an issue with the device after they fixed it, people on the other line would hear an echo. But they were quick to warrant their work and make it right. Very friendly staff, maybe a little short handed though.”

“Hi, it's best if the product descriptions, especially the 3D Touch of iPhone 6S is included in your iPhone 6S screens. It's also best to simplify your models, sometimes choices are good but it could also be paralyzing when there's too many like the too many choices for the iPhone 6S (customers just want a version that's exactly like the original Apple with 3D Touch, quality screens). Customers just want the screen that's like Apple's original or better at very affordable prices (just mark it up, just 30% from cost to manufacture). Thank you. God bless.”
