“so I ordered a couple playmatts from this maker; turns out their delivery timeline is a lie; it’s not within 5-12 days as specified; I ordered my stuff on November 17th. It is now December 13th still waiting. Never arrived. Quite frankly I tried customer service and despite me reaching out to them; they promised it would be delivered within a week. So what do I do, I wait a week; GUESS what happens; it doesn’t ARRIVE. What’s the use of reeling customers it will arrive within the week and better question is; why have a promised deadline if it will never BE DELIVERED. What a scam. And what a waste of time and money. Seriously guys; you’re better off going to a different company that makes playmatts. Don’t waste your time with them. Because they clearly don’t care about the service they provide, I’d rather you save your money for a different place elsewhere 💯👌🏻”

“This mat is awesome, the quality is amazing and I would have gave ot 5*, however there was a very small issue with the stiching at the top, a minor defect, it was coming undone. I burned the end of the fray to control the issue. And as I mentioned it was a very minor defect that was easily resolved myself. But still wish it didn't arrive with a defect in the first place.”

“The quality of the mousepads are top-notch however for this particular order, it came in super dark. I had to check the image I submitted just to make sure I didn't send in the wrong one. I'm still going to use it because I need it but kind of disappointed that it differs from the image I submitted.”

“I hard ordered a game mat holder, the product very well made. The colors are vibrant and was a nice addition to make backpack that i use to cary my cards. The mat arrived in a reasonable time.”

“I am impressed with the quality of the playmat we got. I was concerned some of the custom picture would be chopped off but the team did a great job. I also feel like the communication is genuine and they really do appreciate the feedback and want to make sure their customer are happy.”
