“Product itself is amazing, but what made the experience awful was that it took 49 days to deliver. I understand there may be employment issues, but did not appreciate the lie of 15 days to ship and then get my tracking information a month and a half later from purchase.”

“This is the second large mouse pad I've designed and ordered through Inked Gaming. The first one, a Nintendo themed mouse pad, for my home office. The second for my office at work which was degined for the GS2 Major in Austin. Both items are beautiful, I'm happy with the product and I will be ordering more. This most recent order took over 6 weeks from order subbition to delivery. That's a long time. But.. There is a banner on the site clearly stating that this process is taking longer than normal, and when I inquired about the status of my order, I received a response. So, no complaints. With my last purchase, the image on the mousepad was perfect except for a small black blemish on a very white part of the design. It's not big, but it stands out and I see it every time I sit down. Again, not huge and it will not deter me from designing more for Inked Gaming to print up for me.”

“I had designed an image that would fit within your guys cut off box, and choose were i wanted the boarders. However the design hd a black edge which i didn't want to show on it.”

“I had purchased a playmat and a playmat bag from Inked Gaming in March, I was moving at the end of April never got a notification that my order was ready to be shipped, so I reached out to customer service to get an estimate on how long it would take and to change my delivery address. They assured me that my order would be fulfilled. The next month or so I kept getting emails of ads for buying more products, apologies for the delays and thank you messages for sticking it out for so long. Suddenly the emails just completely stopped, their social media pages also went quiet. I have been trying to reach out since late June about the status of my order. Some attempts have been made via their website chatbot, which over 15 days ago I had sent a message and still with no response. I made an attempt to email them, it's been over a week, no response.”

“They sent me the wrong art on a product. I shipped it back per their instructions for a refund, and they just never put money back on my card.”

“Inked gaming did not have a banner at the time of ordering on the front of their website about delayed shipping, so I only found out after paying for the product. When brought to the attention of customer service they apologized and we discussed expedited shipping and when following up I was ghosted.”

“Overall the process was good, smooth a bit timely but I expected that due to the warning on the website about slower production times. My only real complaint is that the playmat I ordered arrived just in a box, no little tube to hold it or anything like that, which other companies provide for their playmats that I've ordered. Quality of the mat was also good, image looked nice, material felt nice.”

“I placed an order in December 2024 which has not been delivered, nor have I been given a refund after requesting one. They are ignoring all attempts to contact their support regarding this issue.”

“The custom mat I had ordered took nearly a month and a half to ship, with little on the front of communication in that matter, which was admittedly frustrating. However, having received the product, I can say the wait was definitely worthwhile, the quality of the playmat exceeded my expectations, the printing was perfect and the mat plays really well, so I'm quite satisfied with how it turned out in the end.”

“Absolutely beautiful. The mat came out exactly as I had planned. Was simple to set up, and the communication was quick and direct. The Modifications I requested were understood and executed, and I ended up with an amazing playmat.”

“I placed this order as a test after the nearly year long wait for my last order. This one showed up in reasonable time, about 2 weeks, and was in good condition and with the quality they used to offer. I hope this continues.”

“Product is good but it took around 30 business days for it to ship and I bought one of their premade products so it wasn’t custom I reached out to their customer service about 2 months after I placed my order and got no response.”

“There was no clear expectation of delivery timeframe until AFTER I ordered my product. Even then it took my single custom mat over a month to arrive. The online chat support feature did not work (I tried several times on several devices) and I never received an email back from the support team when I tried to follow up there. When I finally did receive my custom mat, the image was blurry despite following their specific instructions for resolution and clarity of the original image. All in all, would not recommend and will not shop here again.”
