“Contacted support twice never heard anything back, never doing business with them ever again! Would love to upload a picture of my product but they sent it to the wrong place two weeks after I asked them to change the shipping address!”

“Not only did my order come over and month late, but I also received zero responses when I reached out to multiple customer service personnel. The package finally came and seems good enough, but the lackluster approach of the customer support has definitely left me unlikely to buy anything else from this company.”

“I Appreciated the notification of the delay in the order. Did not appreciated when no notification was given to extension in the delay. Massage to inquire on progress well after the delays time frame, told 2 to 3 more days, week later it shipped. Paid for 2 to 4 day shipping; shipping took 2 weeks. Otherwise no problem with the product itself, turned out exacting as designed. Please just improve communication with clients while a delay has come and went; we get delays happen”

“I'd like to start with: Inked Gaming earned this 5 star review. Here's why. Yes, the order took a long time to get. In fact, after reading other experiences after submitting my order, I was worried it was going to disappear. However, I decided to wait for the 15 days that their notice says. The order hadn't updated that whole time so I reached out. Long story short, after reaching out very respectfully we had great communication back and forth. They treated me as valuable and when my order still hadn't been shipped in the estimated time, higher management stepped in and helped get things moving. Delivery was about 20-25 days from ordering. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I would order again. My product also looks FANTASTIC. One pointer for anyone else ordering Mouse Mats, the edge they give you in the custom creator is very accurate. I was a little conservative and made the art just BARELY too small. But that's on me. It's exactly where I put it in the creator. Very accurate printing. Thank you Inked for a fantastic service and great product. This is my 2nd time ordering custom mats. I'll be back.”

“The quality is fantastic and the art selection is very diverse and wide. My biggest gripe is shipping time. I’ve ordered twice from InkedGaming now, and both times have been unsatisfied with shipping. This time around it took 5 weeks for my item to actually ship from the date I purchased it. I understand they were dealing with delays, but this was well beyond the initial 3 week estimate I was given. If you’re looking for something to be delivered in a more timely matter, keep that in mind”

“Placed an order for 1 play mat on March 3rd 2025 ,its now June 17th 2025 and no sign of delivery, went to go get a refund but its past the 30 day return policy.... never buying anything from this company again. Would not recommend placing an order, you'll never see your product.”

“Order start April 25th, arrived June 13th. Initial email said allow up to 15 days for production. Shipping can be anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. Only after waiting 2 weeks for it to actually ship. The end product is good. And yes I do enjoy having the playmat. The production time and fulfillment in my eyes are sad. After asking multiple people and having this site always be the first name given, I was very disappointed.”

“Since I found inked gaming a few years ago (2023 or 2024) they have never disappointed. The price I paid was more than worth it. They have given me beautiful and high quality products which have blown the minds of my friends at game night. Thanks guys!”

“Truly abysmal experience that unfortunately could’ve been easily avoided with any amount of communication from their staff. Ordered a mat which did not ship for nearly a month, and when I reached out to change the address to a new place days prior to label creation/shipment, I did not receive any acknowledgment or confirmation one way or another and my mat was shipped and delivered to an obsolete address. Even after reaching out about this, I have still received no response whatsoever. Will never do business with this company again, as it seems their customer service quality has fallen off a cliff. Avoid and find alternatives if at all possible.”

“I paid for a stitched edge on my custom mat. When it arrived, part of the stitching was frayed. I reached out to support with no response. The edges have continued to fray with careful gameplay use. I have used the chatbot and emailed several times with no response.”

“The constant delays with my last two orders have made me consider finding a different vendor who can handle my orders in a more timely manner. If you had accurate lead times it would be less of an issue but as someone who runs charity events who give away playmats as prizes I should not be as worried about my delivery taking 6-8 weeks or more to be delivered and having to reach out to have it moved up the line is not a good business model. I hope that in the future you can fix these issues but I have very little trust in your brand at this point.”

“The quality of this mat is top notch. The time to deliver was very poor. From purchase to receipt was 30+ days. Apparently there was a 15-20 day delay which is understandable however it was not communicated until I reached out to understand why I had not received my product.”
