I've been a customer for many years and have never had an issue with the quality of the printing, however, lately, something has happened to the service side and I no longer feel confident to use InkFX. Work that used to take a few days is now taking two weeks to complete, when I try to call, both phone numbers appear to be disconnected and the last two emails I have sent to express my concerns have gone unanswered. I will now reluctantly have to go elsewhere.

I had problems with an order made of art prints at the end of December for an art exhibition this Feb. The prints which I received mid January were too dark. Despite leaving a number of messages on the contact phone line and emailing as well, no one responded. I lost money as a result as I could not sell tham as quality reproductions. I am disappointed as my original dealings with InkFX was good. I can't recommend them at all now.

Hi Peter, thanks for your review and sharing your experience. Just to put things in context. I emailed you back directly on the 21st of January the same day you emailed about your prints saying you thought they were too dark. I explained in my email that we printed your files exactly as they were supplied on our calibrated / profiled system. If your monitor is not calibrated and your brightness of your monitor is too high then this is easily explained, plus, if you're wanting us to match an original or some other print you obviously need to supply a 'reference' for us to match, if you don't supply any reference for us to color match then it is impossible to match them against your monitor or something else that we can't see! We wish you all the best with future endeavors and we hope that in the future if you're wanting your prints to be color matched then supply the printer with a reference print, this will ensure you're expectations are met OR you can possibly do a sample print (small one) to check color first. I have spoken/chatted to the owner on several occasions over the past 5 years or so. He is very rude and unhelpful, 100% of the time.

Hi Anna, thanks for the "anonymous" review. You got me curious so I did some digging and read through all of our previous conversations via email and live chat. The tone of your review made it sound like you've been dealing with some really nasty people here namely me the owner 🤯 uhhohh But, after reading through everything and sifting through all of your praise and thanks for the prints we've done for you In the past, I can only assume it's the last print we did for you and we emailed you asking to please resend the file so we could have a squizz and look at reprinting it for you but no reply 🤔 Anyway, I think we both know the truth despite your damning harsh criticism. Not over the moon or in love with my photo canvas from InkFX at all. As I opted for the ’trust me to crop' the picture and provided comment, requesting a viewing or general communication about the picture quality to the size canvas selected. However there was no communication, the canvas was dispatched the very next day, with no option to view before printing and there has been no cropping at all done to the picture, I’m very disappointed. I chose this service thinking it would be a professional personalised service, resulting in a product my family and I loved, particularly for the cost and how wrong I was!
