“To save money, I decided to try to refill my printer cartridge for the first time rather than pay the high price for a new cartridge. Chris, was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable not only about the cartridges but also printers and computers as well. I had a few problems with my cartridge and printer but Chris was determined to help me out and give me a cost efficient price not only for my cartridge but also an excellent price for the printer I needed to purchase. Chris also tweaked my laptop and cell phone to make them faster for a minimal charge. I am very happy with the results. Overall, I am very impressed with the excellent service and am confident that Chris really wants to help customers with any and all technology problems they may have. I thought I was just getting a cartridge refilled but in the end, I got a lot of value added with Chris' knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend Ink & Toner at the Pickering Town Centre.”

“I ordered twice for my both Printers Inkjet and laserjet , i usually was ordering originals from Ink Toner Shop , always as expected , fast delivery , one time my Brother original was out of stock or Discontinued by Brother maybe , i got a phone call from Alex , he recommended the replacement , i was first skeptical but i tried the replicate , and amazingly it worked as the original ones fro fraction of price , i always admired the way Ink Toner Shop handle my requests so fast and with information.”
“This is an update to my previous review regarding the original Brother toner cartridges. It is true that instead of the OEM cartridges that were advertised, they shipped used refilled cartridges. I was quite upset about this and felt that this comapny was not legitimate and I was hesitant to send the cartridges back as I thought that they would keep my money as well as the returned cartridges. They had advised me that my order was sent in error. I finally decided to take my chances and return the cartridges to them. They sent me a prepaid shipping label. To their credit, when they verified my claim, they did provide a complete refund. While they did initially deliver the wrong cartridges, they did correct the situation so I am now inclined to believe that this is a legitimate business that owns up to their mistakes and makes it right. I would shop with them again.”
