“Received package quickly. Had to hold it until old cartridge from Brother finally gave up. About a week after receipt. Installed cartridge from Ink Toner and all that printed was a ghost image on about 1-½ inches of a side column. Tried several times and could not get anything better. It appears to me that this “new” cartridge has no toner in it. I called company telephone number and left message. No response at all. Would appreciate a credit and return authorization.”
“Have been ordering ink from this place for a while now and was quite happy. This time they sent the wrong product to me. They insisted that it was correct even though it looked nothing like the picture in my confirmation and as I was a repeat customer knew what the ink should look like. I asked that they send me the correct order and would send back the product that I could not use. I was told I was uncooperative because I could not use the ink. I did try it and it did not work. They refused my request and were rude. Now stuck with all of this ink that my printer does not recognize. They turned a simple exchange into a big deal and were rude to me because I simply wanted the correct ink. Will never order from them again. What return policy? I wanted to return them unopened but she insisted I open and try.”
“I ordered a new fuser for my Brother printer in April. It was a good price and arrived timely. I was happy to find a new company with good service. However, my printer still wasn't working. I took it to the repair shop and they identified the fuser as being defective. I contacted Ink Toner for a refund or replacement. No response. I have now sent emails, left voice mails, sent Facebook messages and direct messages on their website. I'm sure this company is a scam. I've never received a response. Even though they provide many ways to contact them, there is never a reply even though they say they'll respond within 48 hours. It's been months now.”
“These people advertised that they are sending original Brother toner cartridges but what they send you are refilled cartridges that have obviously been refilled and repackaged. there are no original Brother return labels and the Brother boxes have been carefully retaped trying to pose as originals. When I contacted the company, they seemed shocked and advised me that someone must have switched cartridges during shipping! Save your money and stay away from this website. Big scam.”
