“The cartridge was delivered quickly. What I ordered did not allow the printer to work properly. A prompt refund was issued as it could not be determined why it would not function as designed. Ink Toner even sent a 2nd cartridge but it had the same problem. It was easy to correspond with them on line.”

“I have been purchasing both ink for my Epson printer and both toner and a drum toner for my Brother Laser printer for probably 3 or 4 years. The products that I am using work perfectly for both printers. I selected the InkToner store because they guaranteed that their product would work satisfactory and I have never had to put in a claim.”

“This is our 2nd purchase for the Brother type/ compatable toner cartridge & drum. The issue we faced was the lower right hand corner of our copies were too vague to read. We didn't know whether the toner cartridge or drum would solve this issue. Because of your pricing (& quality), we bought both. We installed the new cartridge which fixed our issue. Keep up your good work.”
