“Ordered two “stock” brake lines due to a rusted line leak. One line fit great the other leaked at the fitting, after trying to seat it numerous times, I made my own fix without the line provided.”

We are sorry to hear that you had a problem with our lines. Please send a picture of your original line that did not match to support@inlinetube.com. Sometimes we have a different pattern for a vehicle that had a midyear change and we can send a new one to you at no cost.

“A few years ago I went to Inline Tube for all stainless brake lines and fittings for my 68 Camaro. I remember you being very prompt and verified shipments via email. I recently placed a couple of orders and the experience is not what I remembered. I did immediately receive a receipt via email but that was the end of the communication. The first order I placed I needed fairly quickly so I was watching for a ship time and delivery. I never received one so I actually had to email to get the status. The second order I placed (just Monday this week) same thing. Now it is Thursday and I am not sure where it is at, hoping to get it tomorrow.(live in NY) So I am not trying to be too harsh but the experience is not what I remembered. Communication is key.”

James, We are sorry to hear that our e-mails are not getting through to you. We have not changed our system and an e-mail is sent at the time of order and the time off shipment as well as a follow up. I have e-mailed you with your tracking # and your package us post will arrive Saturday.
