“Was somewhat disappointed in this class this year. I had a guy called JR - 2 years ago in Fridley, MN - and he was fabulous ! The 2 for this class didnt seem organized. Not sure if I’ll take this from here in 2 years. My co- workers that also signed up for this at a different location were also disappointed - their instructors never showed up ! I was embarrassed that I recommended this class to them. Never again !”

“Hi, I went through the CPR training last year. It was in March, right as the COVID shut down was happening. The instructor made appropriate accommodations to keep everyone safe. I did not recieve my card adn remembered I needed it for work. I called and talked with Christina today and she was so nice and efficient and knew exactly what to do, stayed on the line while I got access and made sure my needs were met. Very nice person. Great to have someone like her with great customer service skills, especially since it can be a frustrating time. thank you! Mary G”
