“Have not received my card. Class was completed on the 11th and it's the 15th. Still no word on my card. The class was great but I still need my card.”

Hello Jessica, We are glad you enjoyed the Instructor and the class. The couple-day delay in receiving your card was due to us not having your online BLS certificate in our office so we could forward the information to The American Heart Association. In-pulse CPR issues cards within 2 business days as long as there are no issues and it's not a weekend or holiday. Other companies take up to 10 days to issue cards. Your card was issued on 1.15.22 If you were happy with the class and instructor would you consider changing your review to reflect that?
