Could have completed skills test one group at a time given the small number of people. Would have been beneficial to recieving individualized feedback and ensuring skill accuracy.

The class was designed for lay first responders and as such was succinct, covered all the information and as usual not enough time to cover hands on adequately. I'm probably super critical, as I used to be an instructer and instructer trainer for AHA. and have seen many inadequate hands on students that were incapable of performance

Debbie did a great job. The only drawback was the room in which it was held was really too small for the class. (Debbie would have had no control of these. It would have been the room she was assigned for the class.)

I attended the skills only portion of the Heartcode BLS-CPR training/certification. The instructor was wonderful! She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional making the session a pleasure. My only complaint was that I was instructed that the class was 9pm to 10pm when in fact the class was 8:30pm to 9:15pm. When I was arrived at 8:45pm, the instructor was packing up assuming that I was not going to attend. The instructor was very understanding stating that this has happened previously due to a little misunderstanding/miscommunication on the part of the schedulers. Then at 8:55pm two more student arrived, stating the same information that I had received.

It kept moving well. Our instructor was thorough and did not allow anyone to get bored, daydream etc., due to his structure of consistently having us get up and move/practice.

It was a very good experience. The only thing I would like to see improved is the teacher elaborating on terms that some people may not know. Also slowing down while speaking to make it easier to take notes.

Sofia did a good job instructing us on how to perform CPR. I feel empowered to perform high-quality CPR if ever in a situation when it would be needed. One bit of constructive feedback would be that the definition and purpose of CPR was not made clear at the beginning the class. It was probably assumed, however I know next to nothing about medical things, so it was not obvious for me. Fortunately I was able to learn from my exercise partner and cleared up some other questions with Sofia by the end of the evening.

The class was clean and small. I enjoyed how we were taught by Michelle, it was straightforward and learning exactly what we needed to know. I would recommend this class to a friend or family.
