I enjoyed our instructor. She was knowledgeable and approachable and kept everything fun and super informative. The CPR portion of the course was great. There was a well-blended mix of an information dump and practicing on dummies which were great tools to help get the feel and pacing of everything. I wish the First Aid portion would have had more scenario work versus just getting information and talking. I thought we would be running through situations and learning what the right course of action and steps to take were. Would have been nice to have more of an interactive approach here like was done in the CPR portion.

I took a BLS class in Maple Grove, MN with an instructor named Michelle. She was super informative and made the class fun! I think the manakins and AEDs need a little upgrade but other than that, great class!

The fantastic instructor answered all questions and was super sweet. The class got off-topic and went slightly over the end time, other than that there were no complaints. Great and informative class.

The instructor was very thorough and was clearly very passionate about her job which was nice. I am giving 4 stars because going into this course I did not realize the class would be combined healthcare workers with the general public. I have not seen this done in other BLS renewals I have done in the past. I think it really made things drag on because the info had to be "dumbed down" for the non healthcare workers. For us needing a renewal, the course took 4.5 hrs from beginning to end, probably the longest time I have ever spent to get a renewal. I am not sure if I signed up for the wrong course type, but either way it felt like it took forever to get done. While I am happy to see the public getting certified, I do not want to take another combined class in the future. Again the content was good and was a good refresher for me. Price is fair and there is a lot of availability to take classes. At the end I am happy I got my card.

The CPR class was very engaging and fun, the instructor added some humor yet still shown professionalism and knowledge. The CPR card was only offish aspect as I got it but it doesn't show my name on it or the details on download version.

I was expecting a 4 hour class and it was much shorter. I think this class was more for those who are in the medical field and I am not. I would have liked more scenarios and practice. I think you need to clarify in the advertisements that this class is more for medical community than for those new to CPR.

Could have completed skills test one group at a time given the small number of people. Would have been beneficial to recieving individualized feedback and ensuring skill accuracy.

The class was designed for lay first responders and as such was succinct, covered all the information and as usual not enough time to cover hands on adequately. I'm probably super critical, as I used to be an instructer and instructer trainer for AHA. and have seen many inadequate hands on students that were incapable of performance
