Was well worth the time. As a first timer, it was not as intimidating as I thought.

The classroom portion of this course was excellent and arranged, executed and managed well. However, clearer communication from the administrative portion would be appreciated; we were told to bring our certificate of the online portion to the classroom. When we got to the classroom we were told to send a photo of the certificate to the In Pulse office and that we didn't need to bring it with us. I also received an email reminder of this class the day after it was completed. Lastly, one of the reminders that arrived before the class had everyone's email from the class attached. My email address should not be shared with everyone in the class.

Easy to follow. Good instructor. Would give a 5 out of 5 stars if I had my CPR card. I took the class almost 3 weeks ago and need my card for work.

Your card was issued 7.13.23 on and remains unclaimed on the American Heart website. We have resent the email from AHA to claim your card. Pease check your email for ecards.heart.org not from In-Pulse CPR. If you don’t receive it you can go directly to the AHA website ecards.heart.org/student/myecards

Loved the note-taking materials provided. Loved that it was low stress and not intense. However, I also wish we were held to higher standards in our technique. My partners cut corners in the skills assessment and weren't noticed or corrected by the instructor. There's got to be a good middle ground where we have to show quality skills but aren't embarrassed or yelled at in front of the group as has happened in other classes I've taken from other programs.

Very thorough- best one I’ve done. Instructor made us do the work, and the repetition really helped. Spoke a bit too fast…

The content was spot on but some of the "conversations" were too personal and not needed. The use of manikins, equipment, and videos was great.

Class was very well organized and instructor did well preparing students for both the practical and cognitive portion of the class. Instructor Caleb also added some humor to the class to make it fun, awhile giving us instruction. Great class and would highly recommend it to anyone needing BLS certification. Just wanted to note, though, I believe that Pediatric AED pads should not be used on Adult patients due to their lowered shock dose being non-effective for adults. This is one correction that should be made for the course. Besides that, I’d rate the class really good.
