In-Pulse CPR offers American Heart CPR and First Aid classes across Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Florida. We feel our instructors are some of most gifted presenters across the country. Our goal is to provide the best possible CPR class experience possible. My name is Mollie Bowman. I am the training center coordinator and owner. “I have had CPR class in the past so this was a refresher for me. If I wasn't already familiar with the process I think this class would have left me with unanswered questions. The order of the training seemed reversed. She started by teaching compressions and then moving on to when to do them. It may be better to start by explaining what CPR is and when it should be done, then moving on to compressions. Sofia is very nice but she may benefit from some sensitivity training. The general statements made about weight, size, and sex, are biased. There was a member of our class constantly singled out for her size during training. Multiple statements about 300 pound people being large and requiring different methods. There is a certain way to deliver information that wouldn't be hurtful. We need to do better as humans”

“Our instructor, Sophia was very knowledgeable and friendly, she made this course very enjoyable to sit in. The training provided was extremely informative. The instructor was very patient, kind and fun to be with. She kept our interest the whole time with anecdotes to illustrate points, she had a good sense of humor, and just the right amount of repetition to help us remember important points. The instructor also provided real-life scenarios and situations she has personally been in to give more of an understanding of what kind of emergencies can happen and how to handle each one. Every time I take a CPR course, I learn something new and I feel I got quite a few gems from this particular course. Sophia was able to help me feel more confident that I could help someone in an emergency. Thanks so much, Sophia! I highly recommend this instructor and class.”
