“The class was very good. The information was delivered clearly and concisely. It was billed as a 4 hour class and it only lasted 2 hours and 15 minutes, so I don't know if there was information that was supposed to be included and was not. Most of the participants were providers who already knew most of the material. I am not a provider, so would have liked a bit more in-depth explanation of things, but I think I got all the basic information and technique needed.”
