In-Pulse CPR offers American Heart CPR and First Aid classes across Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Florida. We feel our instructors are some of most gifted presenters across the country. Our goal is to provide the best possible CPR class experience possible. My name is Mollie Bowman. I am the training center coordinator and owner. “The teacher was great but they “had a scheduling error” and we had to call 30 min after our class started to figure out what was going on. They did not apologize and expected is to come back that day at a later time. Many of us drove over an hour to be there and the fact they didn’t bother to call to inform anyone or apologize was absolutely ridiculous. Awful customer service.”

Unfortunately, there was a scheduling error however we were not aware of it until students started calling and letting us know that there was not an instructor there. We didn't call to inform students because we didn't know of the error until then. For those students that were not able to come back later in the day a refund or transfer to another class was offered. We apologized to every student that called us and also let the hotel know of the error and asked them to give our apologies to the students that were waiting. We are very sorry for the error and the inconvenience.

“Mrs.Aeryl was really a bundle of joy,as well as very informative. The highlight of my training was after my test when I missed 2 ?'s and she went over them with me thoroughly w/ examples just like in the class. Thank you so much for a great training and the security I now have of being able to administer CPR with confidence if need be.”

“Nelsa was a great instructor. She taught to the educational level of the entire class. (I have a doctorate in nursing, `another was obtaining clearance for the start of nursing school, another was driving seniors, and three were massage therapists to name a few. She kept it engaging and was very approachable.”
