“I want to thank my instructor, Lisa. She was so kind, incredibly patient, and a joy to be around. I had a hard moment when we began CPR on the dummies for the first time as I had flashbacks to a drowning victim having CPR performed on him. She allowed me to take a break and come back after stepping aside to personally console me and help me through it. After the written exam, when I handed in my answer sheet, she graded it and told me: “Never lose that passion you have for others. Good luck young lady.” Thank you so much for the experience.”
