“Apparently the labels are a hit with my coworkers. From the ordering side of it though, the website does not allow for inputting of tax exempt status. I have tried a few times and it has never worked. I have a direct pay permit that is in pdf format but there doesn't seem to be a way to simply upload it. Instead there are 20 + questions (sarcasm) and still the order just gets slowed down and the tax gets charged. The last order also took almost a month to "process". Just saying.”
