InsuranceMarket found me competitive quotes, but their overwhelming e-mail reminders that I hadn’t acted on them (I’m not due for a month) became a major annoyance. I don’t think I want this irritating firm in my future.

All things were good fast response and communication except that I informed the agent to start the policy from 12 March and he confirmed, then i recieved it starting from 14 Mach where i was not happy for that.

No attention to detail. Quoted for incorrect specification when the correct specification was made clear at the outset. Quote became invalid and I had to chase for a new quote - which eventually was not possible.

Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Nissan Altima 2013 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. Imran on 2nd March 2020. The advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, Qatar Insurance and RSA) on the same day considering that your vehicle is GCC specified. The advisor has requested you to send the vehicle passing certificate, registration card and driving license. As per the standard operating process, the insurance companies would require these documents for further evaluation and verification purpose prior to issuing an insurance policy. The advisor did receive the required documents and referred the case to the underwriters of the insurance company. The insurance company did not approve the case with the standard premium due to the inspection remarks mentioned on the vehicle passing certificate. Please note that Comprehensive Insurance for Non GCC vehicles is always subject for approval from the underwriters of the insurance company because of the risk involved. We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused and we do understand the urgency of your inquiry. Please note that it's not our usual standard process and we have already given stern feedback to the concerned advisor. They told me it was the best deal, only to find out after I signed that it cost me 440 more than another offer 5 mins later. Also kept saying my documents were blurry, when clearly it was from their end that the issue was, but held the process up for hrs longer than needed.
