“A little bit slow to issue the policy”

Dear Felylin, We appreciate you taking the time and sharing your concerns with us and would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We really appreciate that you have given us a chance to prove our core belief in providing exceptional service to our customers and would like to thank you for purchasing from InsuranceMarket.ae! As per our records, we identified that your motor insurance inquiry for Honda City 2017 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Ms. Maria on 8th July 2020 and the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, Qatar Insurance and RSA) through email. Upon further investigation, we found that the advisor did send you the Final Terms and Conditions on 9th July 2020 through email. As a standard process, we do not issue any policy without sharing the Final Terms and Conditions to our clients and proceed with the issuance request only when we receive their confirmations. Moreover, we did receive your confirmation on Friday, 10th July and issued the policy on Saturday, 11th July. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. We really appreciate that you have chosen InsuranceMarket.ae for your motor insurance renewal and placed your trust in us. “It's an insurance comparison site and works as such. You do get spammed with a load of emails on sign up, but thankfully they seem to dkminish after a while. I'm slightly peeved at losing a couple of days insurance because the stated start date was not adhered to.”

As a company, we use different platforms to reach our market. We strive to make ourselves known throughout the whole of the U.A.E as this is the vision that the company upholds, through the means of these advertisements. Upon further investigation, we found that your motor insurance inquiry for Jeep Wrangler 2014 model was assigned to one of our advisors, Mr. John on 15th June 2020. We have identified that the advisor did contact you on the same day to confirm the necessary details in order to get the best possible options for your motor insurance renewal. As per our records, the advisor has sent comparison quotes from different insurance providers (AXA, Oman Insurance, Qatar Insurance and RSA) through email. Upon further investigation, we found that the advisor did send you the Final Terms and Conditions on an email prior to policy issuance, wherein the policy start date was mentioned as "28th June 2020". As a standard process, we do not issue any policy without sharing the Final Terms and Conditions to our clients and proceed with the issuance request only when we receive their confirmations.
