This broker is one the worst company I have ever seen. The put you on hold over the phone over 35 mints and than hangs up. And there’s a lot serious problems they creating to while you involve in non faults accidents they do everything they want to get money out your pocket. But when times come to writin certificate the issue wrong certificate absolutely rubbish service they provide to me . I asked for cancellation of my renewal four days before due date . They still collected the direct debt from my account need to be aware that there was no service in place and they took the money out my account

When I phone to quote, my primium increased by £187.83 to 340.54/month. 2nd time I phone to explain regarding quote,my primium come down to £242.14/ month

Customers service did my insurance on my previous address to get me a cheaper quote even if I told them I moved a week ago. Then tried for a full day to contact them and sort it out but nobody wanted to talk with me and had to cancel. They also charged me £26 for a day of insurance which I could not use the car insurance being made on wrong address and driving licence on new adress. Very poor service this time !!!!

I kept calling for 3 weeks to sort one simple issue out. They make me wait and then cut the line or promise to call back and don't. Recently I spoke to Karla and after 40 minutes the line was dropped. They lie and make false promises.

very poor service. hassle all the way. got insured, then got a call saying the insurer wants more money. finally after a long days talk the insurance was set up with another insurer to ensure I kept price I originally paid for. Then pure harassment and threats to cancel my insurance despite sending proof of no claims discount 3 times!!!

-Despite being open and honest about a previous insurance cancellation at the time of purchase, I found that this had been misrepresented in the "Statement of Fact" document. I immediately contacted them to correct this. They said I would have to wait at least 3 days for them to go back and review whether this was a mistake on my part or theirs. After going back and re-listening to the sales call, they accepted it had been an error on their part, and that they had notified the insurer. However, they did not correct this on the actual "Statement of Fact" document itself. This was a serious error that could potentially jeopardise the validity of one's insurance. -Furthermore, at inception of the policy, my welcome letter said my insurer was "X" whereas all the policy documents were actually in the name of a different insurer "Y" . I queried this immediately to find out who my true insurer was. After being given conflicting answers on a number of occasions, I was eventually told it was "Y" as per the documents and that I had nothing to worry about. -Now two months later, I get an "Urgent Action" letter requiring me to re-send all verification documents (License details, proof of NCD) again because Insure Your Motor has discovered a mistake in the documents they previously sent to me (my actual insurer ought to have been "X" afterall).......just as I had repeatedly pointed out from the very beginning! I re-sent all the required documents straight away but haven't yet received my insurance certificate. This understandably makes me question whether my insurance is still valid or not.... -I have since been trying to get hold of the "Customer Service team" to resolve this but just repeatedly get put on indefinite hold (and being subjected to listen to some annoying jingle music on loop.....) -A simple task of producing a valid set of insurance documents seems to be beyond this company.This level of incompetence has just been staggering.....

We are waiting for the insurance certificate .. we gave a call n talked to one of your collegue that they promised to sending soon via email within 20 mnts however till now the things is not sending yet .. its very important that we have to do road tax payment

They are taking money from you with force ! I had some problems with my car and i changed the car and after few months the charge 200 just for changing vehicle !

When an amendment is made to a policy, the insurer will rate the new risk inline with their underwriting criteria. Unfortunately, if the insurer rates the new vehicle as a higher rated risk, the premiums will reflect this. As your broker we have no control over the re-rating of a policy, as this is decided by the insurer. Not recommended. Stay away stay safe. Got insurance from them for my 530d at the end of Dec 2017 with £1660 premium and £3000 excess as they didn't provide any less excess. Now in Jan 2017 I have found multiple quotes from larger and much better insurance firms for less than £1000 premium and £500 excess. Requested insureyourmotor to match the quote if not in premium at least in excess. They refused and I had to cancel the policy. For cancellation they charged me £550 for only 22 days of cover. I am warning you all again. Don't get motor insurance from these guys. They are a rip off! To top it all off, they make you wait for hours on the phone and most of the time after waiting for so long, they will ask for your phone number for a call back and guess what, you will never get a call back. It is a black hole, you get stuck in!

When it comes to policy premium's and excesses, these are decided by the insurers, and as the broker for your policy we do not have the control to override any decisions made by the insurer. At the point of sale we would have provided the cheapest premium possible, and with this in mind we could not beat or match any other quotations you have. Each insurer rates a risk differently, and we had to follow your risk profile set by your insurer. When it comes to a cancellation of a policy, cancellation terms are imposed, the same as if you were to cancel a phone contract. We are very honest with our customers regarding cancellation terms and discuss these freely at the point of sale, and provide further details within the documentation we issue. One of the worst company ever. If you want to cancel on the 8th month of using the policy you have to pay additional 4 months even if you don't have the car anymore! That's outrageous!! Everything is hidden under a fine print and no one is telling you about their high charges for making any move. I would look twice before dealing with this kind of thefts

I have talked to you and nobody has changed anything ... You are thief ... you steal people's money ... you should inform the customer at the beginning of the conversation that he has to pay all year and if he sells the car then it must be paid .. One thing I know for sure - this agency is the worst of all .... DO NOT SIGN AGREEMENT WITH THIS AGENCY !!!!!!!

I suggested not to go with this Company Very disappointed with service, very bad communication,If I had known that I will never go with you . I have sold my car and you guys wanted to charge me for half the year, I was told if I sold my car you get my money back.what also annoyed me was you guys seem to have no power I asked to speak with manger and your replied "there is No manager Herę " because I sold my car because I was going to change my car you said you will charge me half my insurance policy unbelievable 750£+125£cancelation fees really it's ridiculous service.

It is nearly one year later and I haven't received my Car Insurance Policy. I have been phoning and writing in contact forms with no response - only finally tonight getting through to someone (by choosing options on the terrible phone service, almost non-existent). I have been promised someone will contact me to sort it out. Toniight a new used car has arrived and I can't drive it because my insurers are impossible to contact, lousy at fulfilling their obligations - not even an acknowledgement - I only know I'm insured because I've been paying Close Brothers Finance. SOMEBODY NEEDS TO CONTACT ME URGENTLY TO APOLOGISE AND SORT THIS FIASCO OUT!
