Highly unprofessional attitude. every time i called to make a payment and confirm the policy they said an agent will call back within an hour. noboday did. wasted my 3 days and left my car uninsured. highly disappointed.

I took out the insurance online and wasn’t covered as I had to talk to an agent.after talking to the agent although no information changed in my original quote they increased my premium by about £200. Just robbing people. I probably will never use this site again.

Not the best place to insure your car they will give you a good quote online but when buying the quote they give you a more expensive quote on the phone so it’s very misleading!

We ask our customers to telephone us to allow us to validate their information to ensure we offer all our customers the best product with the best insurer and price. The premium can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different during the validation process and our agents are trained to fully explain any differences to the customer before they purchase.

The agent I spoke to over the phone was incredibly annoying. Took over 2 hrs for something that should have taken no more than 20 mins max. Awful service. I repeatedly said 3x that I wanted to pay monthlt yet the agent tried to take a payment of £1,340, then my credit card company blocked my card because they thought fraud was being committed, then had to sort that out which took a while, Had to speak to the manager just to regain some trust and he was just plain rude.

Price is reasonable, excess is extortionate. Customer service beyond a joke. Have to call 20 times before being able to speak to someone, get hung up, placed on hold 10 times in 1 conversation. Not happy with the customer service.

The worse company to insure with! You assume your insurance is sorted then months of hassle months of letters with cancellations numerous phone calls no one knows what they are doing they don’t even allow you to carry over no claims bonus points from other vehicles you send in all the required documents and they still can’t get it right. The team doesn’t have a clue what they are doing you as the customer knows more about insurance than them! Worse thing I did taking insurance out with these guys back in November AVOID maybe slightly cheaper but more of a headache!

Rip off merchants. DD set up at around £86 per month. Actual amount taken as first payment was £256! Either incompetent or liars but in my opinion, incompetent liars. I will never do business with them again and I recommend you don't either.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! DONT USE IT , I WARN YOU!!! Had to cancel my policy and they said that I need to pay them 420£ for cancelling it early but in their website it says that it’s only 15£

You have commented that the website says £15 for cancelling I've checked the website and cannot locate this. We do give details of our cancellation terms but this does not show this amount. Provided me with a policy and took payment only to call me the next day to say they insured me on the wrong car?! And that I had to cancel the policy. (Despite the fact the employee confirmed my car details whilst on the phone)

Cancalled my membership and they added a load of additional fees which they tried to put on the credit issuers. When I questioned them for 3 months, they always avoided sending anything by email, and never spoke clearly or gave breakdown. Then suddenly they take the matter to court, at this point, they had to reveal the breakdown of their costs which was unfair and tried to charge me additional £400 of broker fees. The hassle they put me through which they did not win because I have experience in this.

The worst company ever The worst company ever. I called in August to advise I won't be renewing my policy with this company. Staright after my policy ended they billed me £102 advising I didn't tell them I won't be continuing. I called up again and asked for the call to be listened to and was told I'd be contacted in 3 days, 3 weeks later I received a call from a debt agency and had to once again contact them and ask for the call to be listened to. I was advised that they'd call me back in 3 days and nothing. Now I'm being hounded by a debt recovery agency. Absolutely appalled. Stay well away from this company.

I bought insurance with insure your motor , after 4 months when i ask them to cancel it ,they ask me to pay the cancellation of £634, nearly half of the full amount for the all year , read the terms and conditions well before you take insurance with them .

When our customers wish to purchase a policy our agents are trained to advise of our cancellation terms prior to any cover given. This allows our customers to make an informed decision on if they wish to purchase prior to making any payments. Absolute scammers! Terrible customer service! They don’t answer the phone, email doesn’t exist, website not available! Gave me a quote then after setting up a direct debit they added unexplained fees on to my policy!!

it took very long to get the insurance and i payed a too high premium because they calculated with 12 points instead of 3 - also when i addressed this issue noone came back to me

The service is a joke. The amount of paperwork they harass you for when you take out insurance with them is beyond ridiculous. I couldn’t of been more happier to cancel after being stuck 1 year with them.
