Not happy with the service at all. I'm charge for direct debit when I was assured I wouldn't be. I've still yet be refunded!! Not happy at all!

I applied for my car insurance online but when I contacted customer service to validate it I was given a higher quote. Being a new driver, my options were limited and I had to go for it. I feel violated, will not be renewing with them when the time comes.

Filled out the form online and got the message there would be a call back - never happened. When I phoned, gave more information and was told I would be called back - never happened. When I phoned again, was told the insurers were closed and wouldn't be insured until the Tuesday after the holiday. Thanks. Left me without motor insurance for a week. Also the price went up by £500 which I don't understand as I had given all my details on line. Asked for paperwork to be sent to my mother's email address as I had problems with my email, never happened. She had to phone to get the cover note sent out. I got the impression at the start I was being fobbed off with excuses as you didn't want to deal with me until after Easter as you all wanted to go home early. I completed all the additional paperwork about a week ago, sent through email, and haven't even had an acknowledgement that you have received it, or it is correct, or sufficient. Again, thanks. Great customer service - not.

Awful customer service. The person took my call was rude. My quote was lot cheaper but he just made some excuse to raise the price. Anyway will never insure with this company ever again.

Had munch policy for 3 weeks explained when I was sorting out the first day of cover that my driving license was still in my old address and waiting for it to be updated the and the one I had in my previous address was stolen I was told this would be fine and a payment of nearly £200 was taken only to be told 3 weeks later that this is now not ok and my policy has been cancelled and I'm not receiving my money back. They have informed me that letters have been sent which I haven't received!cannot believe the total daylight robbery of this company it has only been 3 weeks and I cannot make the declared sort out my new license any faster than it has taken. No letters have been sent at all otherwise I would've sorted this out sooner had I known! The customer service is horrendous literally are not willing to help anyone and talk down to customers

this insurance company does not allow me to drive 1.0 litre cars what sort of a joke is that am not really happy with this insurance i would like to get contacted about this as i want to cancel my policy and get some of my refund back please

I called them up I was trying to cancel my policy then the lady on a phone did confirm that a policy is cancelled and about a 2 weeks later I've received a massage that I must pay my installment otherwise they cancel my policy. Major misscommunication between department.

Only after making money off of people by being deceptive, quote a low price on comparison website make you call a premium rate number to mess about going over details again and again and then put you on hold to come back and say theres discrepancies and that premium has to increase and once you accept their reasons because they're supposed to be the experts and shouldn't lie you pay an extortionate deposit and then no more, you lose your money and have to go to Ombudsman, beware, they're a con company!!!!!!

Took proof of documents to office llantarnum then emails saying still not received now ignoring my emails no response have to drive back down office so talk to someone so unprofessional

After deciding not to purchase the car. I cancelled the policy the next day, only to be told there was a £50 cancellation fee, where it clearly states if cancelled within 14 days there would be no charge.

A company preying on vulnerables. Good customer service in the beginning and once you pay your deposit which is high or after a few days into the policy you will definitely be screwed by these scams. Losing your NCB for no reason as well as increase in premiums. Don't bother with them.

This company only tries to take money off you and the rip out the money out of your pocket. they tell you something but they act on something else and therefore I would hugely recommend me friend to avoid dealing with them.
