This company only tries to take money off you and the rip out the money out of your pocket. they tell you something but they act on something else and therefore I would hugely recommend me friend to avoid dealing with them.

Most deceptive and rubbish insurance I have ever purchased in over twelve years. Lied to that cancellation within 14 days is free. Staff on the phone was stern and hostile. Will never buy from company again and will spread the news!

You miss sold me a policy and ripped me off the cancelation fee by £50 after I had been told that I have 14 days cooling off period. You never replied to my emails and you kept my money (£1000) for over one month which resulted in me not being able to drive for a month. I have told my experience to so many of my friends and colleagues.

After agreeing a price I was told a week later that the premium was going up by 160 as apparently I did not disclose I previously had 3 points on my licence which are now not on there so my licence is clean Extortionate

Online quote was increased over £200 when contacted by phone, staff not very helpful and still waiting for a refund of deposit, and got charged £25 for a policy lasting a few minutes no not happy with service at all.

Very bad customer service. I've spent all afternoon in the phone being sent backwards and forwards regarding my Windscreen cover. 5 weeks ago when I phoned to report a crack in my windscreen the adviser said I do not have windscreen protection. I requested the initial sales call to be monitored as I was sure the sales adviser at the time said it was included. They never got back to me. I phoned today and was told that I do have windscreen cover and they have no record of my previous call. They put me through to a company that only repairs windscreens in NI. I called back and was put through to the company who said the same. I called again and was put on hold so long that my phone battery died. I called Nationwide Windscreens directly who raised the claim regardless. Thank goodness Nationwide Windscreens have access to Insure Your Motor's database and they were very simply able to answer all the questions that Insure Your Motor couldnt; How much my excess is, if I have cover etc etc. Useless company.

Aggressive....script reading salesmen. Threatening to cancel my policy after 7 days if a copy of driving licence wasn't there. No idea re customer valuation.

I searched for quotes on a number of websites 4 or 5 days before I needed insurance; your company provided the cheapest quotation. The day before I wanted my insurance to start, I completed the online application (no info was changed from my original request) and I was informed I had to speak to a member of your team the following day to complete; I had no problem with this. When I spoke with a member of your team (possibly Tyrone) I went through my history again and confirmed the details I had previously provided were correct and I provided no further or different information. I was then informed that the quotation would not be honoured and I was required to pay approximately another £35 a month and a much larger deposit of approx. another £150 more. I needed insurance that day, I originally proceeded your quotation in good faith and was put in a very difficult situation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction your team member I said that "I could take it or leave it". I needed car insurance that day, did not have access to a computer and therefore had no reasonable option but to accept the revised terms to be able to drive (from Cardiff to London) that day. I am extremely dissatisfied, I believe the original quotation should be honoured. Yours systems do not provide a reasonably expected level of service; you had my information for 4 or 5 days, nothing changed when I spoke to you but you rescinded on your quotation,

Well firstly insurance way over the top i know i have 3 points but £2700 for a 29 year old with audi a3 tdi is taking the mick..then insurance originally was £2100,an u add 23. Something percent interest thats fully having a laugh..an ive never had to sign n post documents n utility bills n stuff,an also u take ages to pick up phone an make ammendments..truly the worst company ive ever been with.

This company has terrible customer service and disgusting unprofessional attitude if you ever want to cancel your policy. They made me wait for hours even trying to get in touch with someone who can do it and then lied to me about number of things. I renewed my policy for less than a month and they charged me over £500 which then they said I am refusing to pay and the first letter they sent was a threat of debt collecting agency! On the call they have been unprofessional and just ignored that I was unhappy, not even a single apology. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I got a quote of the compare the market today, insure your motor was the cheapest. When i called them the guy asked what other car i drove, when i told him he said that it was a small engine and he would have to asked his underwriters as the new car had a bigger engine and the price may change. He came back on the phone with a ridiculous price that was far off from the original price that was quoted. When i told him i would not be taking the policy out he told me he would try and get me a discount from his manager. And you'll never guess what within 20 seconds of being on hold a £200 pound discount was given but the quote was still way higher than what i was originally quoted. I declined the rip off merchants offer and got my insurance from complete car cover instead. The guy i spoke to his name was Callum and if you still decide to call them which i suggest you don't and he is the one that answers the phone to you then i would ask him to put me through to another one of his colleagues.

I have cancelled my policy after 6 days as I could not get through on phone. I had a call from a customer service operator , update and she was very rude , talked too fast , would not let me explain anything? I asked to speak to manager she put me on MUTE for ages and eventually I had to call back and try get through to someone with my complaint a man Richard someone in training was same manner---not understanding, rude, again. I finally spoke to a really nice guy named Michael and he has sorted all the cancellation for me and was extremely helpful and CALM. I have made a complaint about the two rude people and I no longer have insurance with Insure . I would not advise anyone to use your company. Susan Curtis.

Third year with these people and have just sold my car 4 months into my renewal, now they want me to pay almost £500 just for cancelling???? Avoid at all costs, take your money somewhere else, you might pay more but in the long run you're better off than with these cowboys!!
