Very disappointed with service, very bad communication, I also believe that I have been mistreated and the stress I had to take for 2 weeks because of one insurance it's unbelievable. If I had known that I have to do all that I would have just gone to a direct insurance than using a broker like yourself. I wanted to cancel my insurance and your company wanted to charge me half of my insurance which my insurance wasn't even 27 days and you guys wanted to charge me for half the year. I believe I have been put into a situation hat I have no way out. I was told if I cancel I pay half the years payment regardless which you guys took a finance under my name so regardless I will have to pay. Also what also annoyed me was you guys seem to have no power as there is 2 other companies involved one which is the insurer and gen the financer. I mean I run few business and I understand how you guys work but wanting to charge me half my years insurance just because I want to cancel because I was going to change my car you said you will charge me. Now I couldn't sell my car and neither can I cancel insurance. Very cunning

Very bad communication I tried to speak to manager many times unfortunately I was unable to speak to him due Custamer service people who really they want to convince me the is no way I can speak to manager and due bad communication I lost my previous years no claim bound by insurance my car with this company am not recommended at all to any one

If you tray to cancel it, they will roll you off. Another friend still strougle to get his claim. They are taking money but doesn't botther to pay.

I've tryed to cancel my inssurance in 14th day and they told me 10 hours went over and they are gona charge me 30 % and 125£ cancelation fee. I've paid 2650 for a year and i cancelled it because i had 3000£ excess !!!!! That's crazy. I will get back around 1600 :(( worst terms and conditions. And the worst inssurance company ever !!!!!!!!!!!! Don't even think to get an inssurance from them

Fully comp insurance. With a compulsary excess of £3000. The car is worth circa £3000. Where is the "insurance"? Scam and I will be cancelling within the week and finding a better provider.

I cancelled my insurance after a day of taking out a new policy and was still charged £70. I've been waiting for the refund of my deposit for weeks now. I went with IYM after having held a policy previously so I thought I would maintain some loyalty but that was never reciprocated.

I think it's a disgrace to charge the fees you do for a driver with a 25 year 100% clean record, who is a UK citizen. You have my business for one year.

One of the worst decision I made to insure with this company (Insure your motor) I've cancelled my insurance due to some financial circumstances they kept my deposits which was £466 they charged me cancellation fee £125 and they've asked me to pay more £684.22 Either I keep insurances or not very bad service very disappointed would not recommend to anyone

A non insured driver crashed into the back of me and I still had to pay £3,000 excess. Even though it was not my fault and the other driver admitted it. This company is useless plus it took 10 months to get my car repaired. Never use insure your motor, your basically not covered for anything

Not happy at all with this company. Been charged quite a lot on things that my former insurance company wouldn't. Example got charged £106 to swap a car on my insurance. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Plus sending me an email and letter saying i was owing money that i wasn't simply because someone hadn't updated their system despite me reminding him to do so at the time. Ridiculous!

Do not use this company!! Extremely unprofessional and like to steal your money and claim its your fault. Also still take money off you after they have cancelled your policy. So far ive paid approx £500 for 3-4 weeks insurance and they have offered me a £39 refund. Seems impossible to speak to a manager and then they claim you never requested a call back. After being promised a call back after an investigation this never happened and i recieved a letter saying they trust i remained happy with outcome we agreed between us. When calling to ask about this and what the outcome was as they clearly must of made this agreement with someone else the response i recieved was that i could treat this as the agreement we made (even though there was no agreement made and i said i was not happy for the complaint to be closed) and they'll send the same letter out again. How unprofessional Currently awaiting another call back hopefully Ill recieve this one. Seriously do not get get insurance with these. Im aware i wont get anywhere with this company which is why ill be getting the x ray involved and the financial ombudsman.

Avoid this company all time. They canncelld my insurance without any reason and then did not even refound my deposit money. First they sed its thier mistake but they will refound my money and i will get it in 30 working days after 30 days i called them back coz i didnt get my refound and the simply says i wont get any refound.

Cancelled policy, due to waiting on copy of driving licence, dvla was sending a new licence as I had moved house sent access for dvla online explained dvla are issuing new license sent copy of old asked me if I would like to pay an extra £700 to start a new policy

They want their money so quick but when you are owed a refund it takes over 40 days. It's been 3 months and still no money back and as I type this Was on hold for 36 mins. To then have to call back as the advisor told me the wrong email and also didn't tell me about hidden fees. This always happens with them! Their service is beyond rubbish they do not care about their customers.
