“International Citizen was quick to repond to my queries regarding health coverage. Carolina spent 45 mn over the phone to explain the process and answer my questions, she also followed up and assisted during the application process. I felt like I had someone on my side to help me naviagte the transition to new health coverage and that was important to me. Thank you ICI”

“Bre Birmingham was incredibly helpful. I knew nothing going into purchasing international travel insurance. The Cigna website was very difficult, it crashed and errored out often for me, so Bre was able to do everything on her end. I'm a small business owner and do not have the time to fight with websites, so having Bre there to do everything for me was incredibly helpful. I would hire her for my business!”

“Mackenzie Manning was incredibly patient and helpful. I live in Madagascar but am a US citizen and getting the doctor form completed and all the required test took time and some repeating (American doctors not used to international insurance). I am so pleased and relieved to have this coverage but might have given up if Mackenzie had not been so understanding and patient.”

“My broker, Brennan, was very informative, patient, and not pushy at all. His transparency helped me to find an insurer that would cover my pre-existing condition, which I am extremely grateful for as it can be hard to find a good insurer to cover pre-existing conditions as well as meet the other criteria that I was looking for. I've only just been approved and so I have not yet had a chance to use the insurance, but if my experience thus far is any indication then I expect to be well satisfied.”

“Dejan at International Citizen's Insurance was just incredible! From start to finish, I couldn't have had a better customer service experience. I needed international insurance for an open-ended trip abroad, and when I was doing research on my own initially, the amount of insurance options was overwhelming and confusing. Dejan really helped me understand the differences and similarities between them all and answered all of my questions.
