“My service provider was called Carolina Olivera, and she was excellent not only in terms of explaining every details of different options with so much patience but also very pleasant to deal with. I have avoided working directly with CIGNA as the sales people are often very rude even without necessary knowledge. However, Carolina had a deep knowledge of the insurance policies, and had a very positive attitude. I highly recommend her for international clients that need to make comparisons before joining the expensive plans.”

“My wife and I have had an excellent experience finding international healthcare insurance with International Citizens Insurance. We are relocating overseas, and we wanted a policy that would cover us globally as well as in the US. Our specialist, Carolina Olivera, was highly knowledgeable and able to educate us and address all our questions. She guided us on two alternative policies from well-known insurance companies and their differences. We selected one of them, and the process only took a few days. Carolina was extraordinarily customer-centric and available throughout the process. They offer a best-in-class customer experience, and I highly recommend them!”

Like most people shopping health insurance, the process can be complex and tedious, but after sharing my needs and budget he helped me pinpoint the right plan. “I can not say enough good things about Dejan and the service we received. We have been trying to navigate the health care world unsuccessfully for over a year to get my mother insurance. She’s a Green card holder and old enough for Medicare but doesn’t actually qualify for Medicare - what a nightmare. Dejan clearly presented options to meet her needs and accounted for pre-existing conditions. “Carolina was very helpful in getting me setup with a Cigna Silver international health plan, promptly answering my detailed questions and giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Within 24 hours of our initial discussion my policy was approved and finalized, with Carolina doing all the back and forth with Cigna to secure my plan options and discounted rate. I also appreciate that going forward, I can work with her directly when it comes to submitting and managing claims vs dealing with generic Cigna support each time. Thanks!”
