“The delivery took longer than planned and the bulbs had the wrong size screw connector, this does not alter the fact that they genuinely tried to help us. The type of bulb we need seems to be unobtainable.”

“I placed an order for an item shown as in stock that was not. Delivery was quoted in weeks! The refund was made satisfactorily and the whole process was handled efficiently though fruitless. I can't comment on delivery or the products as I never received any.”

“Placed order for a variation of lamps which were in the main, duly dispatched to us but on their arrival, quite a few were damaged. IL when contacted, we’re very helpful and apologetic and duly dispatched replacement lamps. All in all, a satisfactory outcome and no doubt we will be utilising their services again in the future.”
