“I have been a customer for 10+ years. I recently ordered to take advantage of the 10% discount but did not find the area for applying the discount code and proceeded to checkout. After the order was placed I was unable to cancel and emailed the company only to be told that the discount could not be retrospectively applied or cancelled. I emailed again only to be told the same. Very disappointed to be treated as a long time customer and will be looking elsewhere in the future after the lack of customer care I have been given.”

Hi Graham, Sorry to hear you feel disappointed with our service but as we advised in the email to you, once the order was placed and the payment processed, we cannot then apply the discount. Had you asked for the order to be cancelled we would have done but this was not requested.

Hi Angela, Apologies for the delay but as explained in the email we sent to you on the 10th, there is a delay with this item from our supplier. We have been advised to expect delivery to us by the end of the week which is the information we passed on to you. As soon as the item is here we will despatch the order to you.

“A little on the expensive side but I had no alternative for such unusual dial lamps. They work very well and really finish off the restoration of a classic radio. Pity the postage charges couldn’t be less for such tiny items. All in all satisfied.”

“I ordered and paid for lights on the 6th of December 2021. I was told there was a delay. I accepted that, AT THAT TIME!!! I emailed you regarding this lack of information - still no response. The money was taken - no goods delivered !!. Please respond appropriately”
