“I ordered two strip lights to fit an HiB bathroom cabinet (they don'y supply them any more) and they arrived the following day. One was too long so it was replaced immediately, free of charge. This is excellent service and I shall order all similar requirements from IL without doubt. Robert Peat”

“Wasn't happy ,got my heater element, which arrived in good time,and was packaged very well,but was broken,phoned up to report,was told to send a email,which I did,again quick reply and told a new element would be sent out to me,felt happy about the service,two days later new element arrived,but again it was broken,don't know if I was just unlucky,but couldn't be bothered to report it again. Just bought a new full heater instead?”

Hi Grahame, The latest from the supplier is that we should have our stock by 12th August. You will receive your order a couple of days after that.

Dear Gill, Please refer to our email sent to you on the 7th July advising that the item you ordered was showing on the website as a Pre order item and that the supplier could not advise a delivery date. This is still the case. Please let us know if you wish to cancel the order.
