“I cannot comment as despite originally being told my order would be with me by 1st October, I am now being told maybe the end of October. Very unsatisfactory to be honest!!”

Hi David, We are sorry for ther delay with your order but as expalined in the update email sent to you we were let down by the manufacturer who could not fulfil their order to us. A situation I'm sure you can see is beyond our control. If you are unable to wait for the new stock to be available from ther manufacturer please email us and we will refund your payment straight away.

Hi Nirmal, Sorry to see you were unhappy with the order. When ordering items in from manufacturers we are always dependant upon their stock. Unfortunately in your case the manufacturers we out of stock though we did advise you of this once we were made aware.
