“my order process was interrupted at home so when I had paid by Pay Pal the screen said the order had timed out.It suggested I started the order process again. I left it about 10 minutes and then rang International Lamps to check that they had not received my order. They said there was no order from me.I was a bit annoyed and thought I would try again the following day.On the next day I was most surprised to see a confirmation of my order with all the correct details.Documentation was good and lamps arrived in good time and condition.”

Hi John, Sounds like this review refers to the PayPal issue which of course we have no control over. Godd to hear that once we recerived your order you were happy with the service.

“My order came on time unfortunately both of the tubes I ordered were broken.This must have happened during transit as they were very well packed got in touch with them and are resending out my order as soon as they get replacements”
