“Big Fan - This is my preferred method for booking courier services. Prices vary between service, and you can find some cheaper through other sites, but I worry that almost none of the others have a telephone number you can call if you need help. Perhaps I am old fashioned, but I like to be able to call.”

“First time I have used this service but it most certainly won't be the last. Order process was very easy to use and labels for printing off received straight away via email. On the morning of collection I realised that I had made a mistake with the delivery address my client wanted the parcel to her work address, sheer panic set in. A quick phone call to customer services and it was all was sorted out with new labels emailed over to me to print off. Absolutely Brilliant !”

“I used Interparcel recently for a delivery. I had never heard of them before. Their details simply came up through an online search. I was a bit recitent to try the service as the contents of the shipment were important and the remit wasn't straightforward i.e. to deliver to a fragile panel to a yacht moored in Italy. In any event I decided to try them out. The courier arrived to pick up the parcel within two hours of me making the booking. The following morning I received a text to say the item had been dispatched. It arrived at the yacht shortly after lunchtime the same day. Unbelievable service! They'll certainly have my business from now on.”

“I use UPS through Interparcel every time I courier a bass guitar. They allow you to insure up to ?1000. Read most courier's small print and musical instruments ARE NOT covered. Every time I have used them, they have picked up on the correct day and delivered on the correct day, to the correct place. There tracking system is also excellent. Can only speak as I find but superb service at reasonable price. Fully recommended in my experience.”

“IHey Frank. Have you tried that Interparcel website. I don't muck about looking for different couriers. I just click on their website and less than five minuetes I'm finished. See you at the Spit and Slaver tonight for the return match. Hope Jody and the kids are OK. Bob.”

“I have been using interparcel since 2005 and can say that they just get better, I think in all that time I was let down twice and once was not their fault due to unexpected level of snow fall. Their prices are very fair, I tend to stick with the same courier service UPS through interparcel and they are all extremely polite and helpful. I have even used Interparcel to send stuff to Australia.”

“From having no knowledge of parcel collection and delivery, the web site was easy to understand from booking, paying, printing of labels - your man was at the door collecting. He was in the area anyway, but we were well pleased. Thank you”

“The prices are as keen as mustard and as a professional magazine reviewer these last twenty years, having every single courier that exists, from a kid in a car for a catalogue, via franchises like Business Post and all the others, up to the likes of Target delivering pallets, come to my house...I can tell you that Interparcel are the nuts at wrangling these companies for you.. I order and print my labels and I better stick them on quick, as UPS, who are the daddies of polite and rapid in my book, arrive like they fell out of the sky! Usually within the hour, such is the cleverness of computer data handling and the GPS systems the vans use. SO, an unreserved recomendation from a true courier expert. Interparcel's awesome buying power makes you, the user like a svengali of parcels!”
